Register your phone and update your wallpaper with the provided lock screen. If it’s ever returned to Lost & Found, the team will scan the unique code on there to promptly contact you about your item!

Lost item inquiries can be assisted with Guest Services staff at any Info Tent. Visit any of our three locations on site- the main entrance by the Greens Stage, Beach Club Lounge, and the VIP Club in the Arena. See Maps for these locations.
Our staff are available during show hours and on Monday, February 19 from 10A-3P, at the Convention Center Lobby Courtyard. Items can be viewed ONLINE ANYTIME on this page or the Cali Vibes Mobile App.
If you missed us during the event, we recommend filling out an Alert. If you’ve made a claim for an item you believe is yours, and we’ve verified ownership, you can select shipping from your confirmation email.
Items are added to the website as soon as they are turned in to our staff. The website has the most up-to-date inventory at the time of checking. Create an Alert for new item updates!
Take found items to any Info Tent directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or crowd management.
Submit a Claim for the item. We’ll ask for additional details to verify ownership. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email to pick up your item or have it shipped!
We recommend filling out an Alert. If an item similar to yours is turned in, you’ll get a notification to check the website.
We recommend filing a police report with the Long Beach Police Department
