Pass & Order Info


You will receive AXS Mobile ID digital tickets within your AXS App with in 10 minutes after you complete your purchase. Please note, your tickets will be scanned from your phone on the AXS App at the entrance gate per day.

If your party is arriving separately, you may transfer individual tickets through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE. The recipient will receive an email with a link to accept their transferred tickets and, if they haven’t already, instructions to download the AXS App. For security purposes your AXS Mobile ID refreshes every 60 seconds to a new QR code so any screenshots or printed versions will not be valid.

  • A government issued photo ID, order number and the credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by the original purchaser.
